We aim to be as inclusive and non-hierarchical
outside the office as we are in it.
On the sporting
side, we play football, rugby and cricket friendlies against
clients and other law firms and take part in the Law Society
Rugby 7s each year. There are golf days with clients and,
in the summer, there are regular client softball matches.
Because our trainees are important members of the team,
we involve them in marketing and client entertainment.
There is a Christmas pantomime written and performed by
trainees and associates, to which we invite future trainees.
Trainees can also get involved in pro bono work. The firm
has supported the Waterloo Legal Advice Centre for over
20 years.
If you wish
to apply for a training contracts commencing in September 2010 or March
2011, we will be accepting applications from final year law and non-law
students from November 1st 2007. If you are a penultimate year law undergraduate
you should apply between your penultimate and final years of study once
you have received your 2nd year exam results.
If you are interested in applying for our Spring or Summer placement
schemes we will open for applications on 31st October 2008. For more information
see placement schemes.
